Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only in case of our error, such as:

• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Item damaged on arrival

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for exchange:

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Tags and packaging must be intact
• Product must be in original condition

Delivery charges for exchanges will be paid by the customer.

Size & Fit Disclaimer

Size selection is the customer’s responsibility.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

We do not accept exchanges or returns due to:

• Wrong size selected
• Fit issues
• Personal preference

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom-made products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Once a custom order is confirmed:

• It cannot be cancelled
• No modifications can be made

Customers must double-check size, name, number, and design details before ordering.

Order Refusal Policy (Cash on Delivery – Pakistan)

If you wish to cancel an order, you must inform us before dispatch.

Refusing an order after dispatch causes direct financial loss to the business.

Any intentional misuse of Cash on Delivery may result in:

• Customer blacklisting
• Restriction on future orders

We believe in honest trade and mutual responsibility.

Pakistan Orders

• Cash on Delivery available
• Prepaid orders accepted
• Exchanges only if the issue is from our side

UAE Orders

• Prepaid orders only
• No Cash on Delivery
• Exchanges only for defective or incorrect items
• No returns for size or preference issues

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or discounted items

Important Notes

• Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences
• After 25 January 2026, all sales will be final — no returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances
• By placing an order, you agree to all the above terms and conditions
